All payments made to AutoChat for services, plans, add-ons, and credits are final and non-refundable. By purchasing any service from AutoChat, you agree to our refund policy as outlined below.



Subscription Plans

Payments made towards any AutoChat subscription plan are non-refundable. This includes monthly or annual plans for our automation services, and no refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription if you cancel before the end of your billing cycle.



Non-Refundable Services

All AutoChat services, such as charges for an AutoChat Plan, WhatsApp Conversation Credits (WCCs), add-ons, or any third-party integrations, are non-refundable due to the nature of the service and the costs incurred by AutoChat to provide these services. This includes one-time Chatbot development and other one-time setup payments.



Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your AutoChat account settings. Upon cancellation, your services will continue until the end of the current billing period. However, no partial refunds or credits will be provided for unused service days or credits.



Chargebacks and Disputes

In the event of a chargeback or dispute, AutoChat reserves the right to suspend your account and withhold access to services until the matter is resolved. Please reach out to our support team to resolve any billing issues before filing a chargeback.

AutoChat reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
